Sr. Maria Theresa Maingu Bijumo is an inspiring leader with over a decade of impactful experience in education, counseling, and administration. Armed with a Certificate in Leadership and Management from Kisumbi Institute, Uganda, and a Certificate in Theology from the Pastoral Centre, Moshi, Sr. Maria Theresa Maingu Bijumo has worn many hats throughout her journey. She has held prominent roles, including General Counselor at the Immaculate Heart Sisters of Africa and Administrator at St. John Paul II. Her career began with a passion for teaching, which flourished during her tenure at the St. John Paul II Centre, where she helped nurture and guide young minds. Driven by a deep commitment to uplifting communities, Sr. Maria Theresa Maingu Bijumo continues to empower individuals through education, spiritual leadership, and counseling, leaving a lasting impact wherever she serves.

Sr. Juliana Mathias Kitela is an experienced leader in special education and Disability Context, with over two decades of service. Currently serving as the Executive Director of St. Justin Foundation (SJF), previously known as St. Justin Centre for Children with Disabilities, where she manages educational and rehabilitation services. Sr. Juliana Mathias Kitela holds a Certificate in Special Education from Patandi and has served as a General Counselor at the Immaculate Heart Sisters of Africa. Her extensive teaching experience includes roles at various schools, where she taught core subjects and contributed to academic leadership. Sr. Juliana Mathias Kitela is dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities.

Nollasko Bonaventure Mgimba

NOLLASKO BONAVENTURE MGIMBA

Board Member

Nollasko Bonaventure Mgimba is an experienced professional in project management, monitoring, and evaluation. He holds a degree in Political Science - Public Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam. Currently serving as the Director of Programmes of St. Justin Foundation (SJF), his previous roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the Graca Machel Trust and Executive Director of Community Care Trust. Nollasko has also served as a Programs Officer at ENVIROCARE and was an Election Monitor in Tanzania's 2020 elections.

Neema Philipo Ibamba

NEEMA PHILIPO IBAMBA

Neema Philipo Ibamba is a highly experienced community leader with many years of service in community development. She holds the position of Community Development Officer for the Mara Region, where she plays a key role in implementing and managing community programs. Neema's experience and leadership have made her a respected figure in promoting social welfare and driving positive change across the region. Her work focuses on empowering communities, fostering development initiatives, and supporting marginalized groups.

Atupele William Chilambo

Atupele William Chilambo is the Community Development Officer for the Musoma Municipal Council. In this role, she has experience for promoting community welfare and development initiatives within the municipality. His work focuses on enhancing social services, empowering local communities, and fostering sustainable development to improve the quality of life for Childrens in Musoma.

Godfrey Laurent Choto is a dedicated special education teacher and the current head of Nyarigamba A Primary School. He holds a degree in special education, equipping him with the skills and knowledge to effectively support and educate children with diverse learning

Emanuel Peter Kapande is an experienced professional specializing in project management, program development, graphic design, and information and communication technology (ICT). He holds a degree in Community Development from the University of Iringa and currently serves as the ICT Director of St. Justin Foundation (SJF).

Stephano Ariyo Mwese is an experienced professional specializing in leadership and the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) approach. He has dedicated nearly 18 years to assisting children and youth with disabilities and has extensive experience working with various donors. Stephano has successfully supported many youth with disabilities in achieving their dreams.

She holds a diploma in management and accounting from Moshi Cooperative University, where she gained comprehensive knowledge in financial management, budgeting, QuickBooks Application Knowledge and organizational leadership.

Jenedius George Mugishagwe is an experienced Field Officer with expertise in Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and child assessment. He holds an Ordinary Diploma in Community Development from Buhare Community Development Training Institutes, which has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to support Children with diverse learning needs.
