About Us

Empowering 44k Children with Disabilities

The St. Justin Foundation (SJF) has been committed to improving the rights and dignity of children and youth with disabilities since 2006. Starting as a voluntary Centre in Musoma, SJF now operates as a National NGO, addressing the challenges faced by these children and promoting their integration into society.

Child Empowerment Programme.

This programme enhances children's personal, social, educational, and economic strengths. It focuses on addressing disabilities, improving their abilities, and reducing barriers in society. Through community-based rehabilitation, it collaborates with families, service providers, and local governments to ensure full inclusion of children with disabilities.

Enhancing Quality and Inclusive Education (EQIE) Project.

Since 2020, this project promotes inclusive education in the Serengeti District through reading centers, life skills training, and re-enrollment of out-of-school girls and children with special needs. It also raises awareness to end harmful practices like FGM and child marriages.

Individual Child Medical Request Project.

In partnership with Bridges to Healing International, this project provides health support for children with disabilities, including access to medical care and physical therapy. The St. Justin Centre addresses medical, social, emotional, and educational needs, with Bridges to Healing enhancing services and impacting children's lives.

Computer Lab and Vocational Training for Children with Disabilities Project

In partnership with the Australian Government through the Direct Aid Program, this project provides computer and vocational training to children with disabilities, helping them achieve digital literacy and adapt to globalization.
